    12 med size beets (2" dia)
    1 cup celery diced
    2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) potatoes raw
    1 can 540ml Alymer Tomato Accents garlic & olive oil
    900 ml Knorr Vegetable broth
    1/8 tsp cloves, ground
    1/8 tsp nutmeg, ground
    1 tsp, dill weed dried

Directions

Slow cooker approximately 5 hours on high.
