Ingredients

    16 oz container of All White Egg Whites
    1 pkg Green Giant Frozen Spinach (No Sauce)
    1 cup of shredded part skim Mozzerella Cheese

Directions

Mix all ingredients and place in mini muffin pan. Cook at 350 for 20-30 minutes until browned on top.
