Ingredients

    3 lbs chicken breasts, split. Fat trimmed
    4 stalks celery, chunked
    2 medium onions, chunked
    40 cloves garlic, peeled (bottle is fine)
    1 teaspoon each dried parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, herbs de provance
    1 teaspoon kosher salt
    1/2 teaspoon black cracked pepper

Directions

Place celery and onion in bottom of crock. Place chicken on top. Sprinkle with herbs, salt, and pepper. Put garlic on top. Close crock and heat LOW 8-10 hours, or HIGH for 4-6 hours.

3 lbs split chicken was 5 pieces. Will vary.
