Ingredients

    * Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove)
    * Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz (remove)
    * Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 2 cup (not packed) (remove)
    * *Barilla Marinara with Olive Oil, 4 cup (remove)
    * Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)
    * *Italian Seasoning, 3 serving (remove)
    * *Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Blend Pasta (Penne Rigate) - serv size 2oz = 3/4 cup, 7 serving (remove)
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, .75 cup (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Brown ground beef with onion over medium-high heat. Drain Pasta and add to the ground beef. Add and mix the rest of the ingredients reserving 1 cup of the mozzerella cheese. Pour into 13x9 inch or 3 quart casserole dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Top with reserved mozzerella cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes - until bubbly. Makes approx 12 servings.
