    1/2 cup frozen berries
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1 - serving Danone Silhouette 0+ yogurt (optional)
    1 Tbsp. hemp hearts
    1 Tbsp. ground flax
    2 Tbsp. soya protien powder

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender or 'Magic Bullit' and blend at high speed for one minute.
Makes 1 serving.
