Introduction

This is from Belly Fat cure. Higher in fat than I would like but any other creamer has sugar. I am going to reduce the amount of cream next time and see if it tastes just as good with less fat. Ingredients

    2 vanilla Flavored tea bags
    1 c boiling water
    1 pk truvia
    1 cup ice
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    1 scoop vanilla protein (I used egg protein)

Directions

steep tea for 5-10 min, add Truvia. Let cool (I put mine in freezer for about 10 min.).
Add rest of ingredients to blender (bullet works great).
Blend till all the iced is crushed.

Makes one large, very filling serving.
