Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
4 slices of cooked ham
3 tbl gorgonzola
10 oz fresh spinach
1 garlic clove, chopped
4 tbsp bread crumbs
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 deg F / 180 deg C.
2. Pound the chicken breast to 1/4 inch thick and season with salt and pepper.
3. Mix chopped garlic, parsley and gorgonzola cheese
4. Dived mixture evenly, place on ham, and fold or roll up so cheese doesn't ooze out
5. Dive spinach and place a layer of spinach on each flattened chicken breast
6. Place the longest side of the rolled ham onto shortest side of the chicken and roll up folding in ends. Secure with toothpicks if needed
7. Place finished rolls in a pan sprayed with cooking oil
8. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, dried basil, and dried oregano. Generously sprinkle onto the rolled chicken
9. Bake uncovered in the oven for 25-30 minutes or till the juices run clear. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
