*Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
Baking Powder, 2.5 tsp
Salt, .5 tsp
Butter, unsalted, 5 tbsp
Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 450.
Place flour, baking powder, and salt in large bowl. Whisk thoroughly. Add butter cut up into small chunks. Cut into flour with pastry cutter or two forks until largest size pieces of butter are pea size. Add 1 cup milk milk. Mix with wooden spoon until moistened. Do not over mix. Drop spoonfuls of dough on cookie sheet. Makes 18 to 24 biscuits.
Bake 10 - 12 minutes.
