Introduction

Not low fat but very delicious. I had to enter the original recipe because I ate it and I needed the calorie count for it but you can use substitutes to make it lower fat and lower calorie, or you can just have a smaller piece. Apple sauce would be good since it is an apple cake after all. I used 2 single serving, vanilla flavoured yogurt cups because I didn't have sour cream but you can use sour cream instead of yogurt (measure about 1/2 cup) or a low calorie yogurt in the flavour of your choice. Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Mazola canola oil, 1/2 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Astro Smooth 'n Fruity Yogourt (100g), 2 serving
    Granulated Sugar, 1/5 cup
    Salt, 1 dash
    Flour, white, 2 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    2 apples, cored, peeled and diced
    1 pears, cored, peeled and diced

Directions

Mix wet ingredients well in a big bowl. Stir in sugar. Add dry ingredients and mix just until moist. Add diced fruit and stir again just until combined. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 50 minutes or until a toothpick come sout clean.
