Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cups diced turkey - works great with dark meat
    3.5 cups cooked whole wheat pasta - rotini or penne
    1 can diced tomatoes
    2 cups green beans
    1/4 Parmesan cheese
    1 can cream of celery*
    1/4 cup fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dry
    garlic powder
    pepper
    14 reduced fat wheat thins or other crackers

    * I used the regular full fat soup. Can try with reduced fat or low sodium versions.

Directions

mix all ingredients together except the crackers
crush crackers and place on top
cook for 30-40 minutes at 375
