    2/3 cup of mayonnaise
Neufchatel or reduced fat cream cheese, 5 ozs, softened
    2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp tobasco, or to taste

Directions

Recipe notes: I mixed it in a bowl with just a spoon - very easy. Starkist sells a hickory smoked tuna which can be used in place of the liquid smoke plus tuna as related here.
