Introduction

This dip is very creamy and is good with crudites, pork rinds or even crackers if you aren't low carbing! This dip is very creamy and is good with crudites, pork rinds or even crackers if you aren't low carbing!

Ingredients

    4.5 oz packet of Starkist Tuna
    2/3 cup of mayonnaise
    Neufchatel or reduced fat cream cheese, 5 ozs, softened
    2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1/2 tsp tobasco, or to taste
    1.5 tsp Liquid smoke
    2 tsp minced or crushed garlic
    1/4 tsp paprika or smoked paprika
    2 dashes Salt or to taste

Directions

Mix mayo and cream cheese well. Stir in all seasoning well. then add tuna and mix well.

Recipe notes: I mixed it in a bowl with just a spoon - very easy. Starkist sells a hickory smoked tuna which can be used in place of the liquid smoke plus tuna as related here.
