Ingredients

1 Package of Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix
1/4 Cup Tap Water
1/2 Cup of Canola Oil
2 Eggs
8 0z package of Neufchatel Cheese (*Cream Cheese)
1/3 Cup of Splenda/Sugar Blend (*Sugar; Splenda)
1 Tsp Vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In medium bowl mix brownie mix, water, oil and 1 egg by hand with spoon until blended.
In another bowl mix cream cheese, sugar-splenda blend, 1 egg and vanilla with either a whisk by hand or using an electric mixer until smooth.
Line muffin pans with paper liners and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Spoon batter into muffin pans until about 2/3 full or until all 16 liners are evenly filled.
Using a table spoon drop neufchatel cheese mixture on top of batter.
Bake for 28-32 minutes; check with fork or toothpick to make sure they're done.
Cupcakes will be a little gooey in the center due to the chocolate chips in the batter so the toothpick/fork will not come away completely clean. Just make sure they're not runny in the center.
Makes 16 cupcakes.
