Ingredients

4 cups raisin bran cereal
1.5 cups all bran cereal
2 cups skim milk
1 cup applesauce
2 egg whites
2.5 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
5 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare muffin tins with non-stick spray. OR put muffin paper cups in muffin pan.
Mix cereal, milk, oil, applesauce, mashed banana, brown sugar and egg in large mixing bowl. Allow to stand for at least five minutes. Combine remaining dry ingredients and add to cereal mixture. Stir until all ingredients are moistened. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
