Introduction

Tried this today through random experimentation with my new blender. I posted French Vanilla Slim Fast but actually used Chocolatey Royale because the french vanilla was already in my favorites. As far as I can tell they have the same nutrition information though. You could also make it with the french vanilla for a vanilla Frap (and I'll probably be trying that tomorrow!). I use very little milk because I find that it makes my throat feel gummy if I use too much, but you could also definitely add extra milk to your drink.
It's not the healthiest "drink" but I used it as a replacement for breakfast and am still sipping it & not hungry over 2 hours later.

Ingredients

    Slim Fast Chocolatey Royale (1 scoop)
    Skim milk (0.25 cups)
    Water (1 cup)
    Starbucks Via Italian Roast (1 packet)
    Ice cubes (approximately 6)

Directions

Put all ingredients into blender & blend until smooth. Add extra water/milk/etc. to taste. Made 1 20 fl.oz. serving for me but will vary based on how much of each ingredient you add.
