Introduction

On a whim I decided to roast cauliflower. It turned out delicious. Roasting it brings such a lovely flavor to the cauliflower. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Ingredients

    1 Large head Cauliflower
    2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
    Kosher salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a large rimmed cookie sheet with cooking spray, set aside. In a large bowl put your cauliflower which you have rinsed, drained and chopped into 1 to 2 inch pieces. To the cauliflower add the olive oil and gently toss together. Place cauliflower mixture on baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 1 cup servings.
