Ingredients

    1 cup milk
    1 cup flour
    1 large egg
    pinch of salt
    1 tbsp. canola oil or butter
    1 tbsp. Sugar
    1 tbsp. cinnamon

Directions

1. Whisk together flour, milk, salt, and egg until smooth.

2. heat a non-stick, 7-9" pan over a medium heat.

3. put a drop of oil into the pan

4. ladle in a ladle-full of the batter and turn pan to coat bottom.

5. flip the crepe after about 30-90 seconds, depending on speed of cooking. The crepe is done when both sides have light brown/golden spots on them.

6. continue until all batter is used.

7. mix sugar and cinnamon together.

8. sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on a crepe, roll it up or fold it and enjoy!

makes about 6 or 7 depending on size.
