Ingredients

    -1 piece of ham (lunchmeat style)
    -2 eggs
    -Spray butter or nonstick spray
    -Green pepper (can be bought pre-chopped)
    -Onion (can be bought pre-chopped)
    -1 piece American cheese

Directions

1. Spray a bowl with spray butter or nonstick spray. Crack open two eggs. To reduce fat, seperate one into an egg white. (This isn't necessary, but that is how the recipe was calculated)

2. Slice the ham into tiny pieces and put the pieces in the bowl.

3. Add in about 1 tbsp chopped green pepper and 1 tbsp chopped onion.

4. Top with the cheese.

5. Put the mixture into your microwave for 2:25 minutes. At about 20-30 second intervals, swish around the omelet with a butterknife for even cooking.

6. Enjoy and be out the door quick! Makes one serving.
