Introduction

Made with Whole Wheat, mashed bananas with raisins to add sweetness and nuts for crunch. Made with Whole Wheat, mashed bananas with raisins to add sweetness and nuts for crunch.

Ingredients

    1 1/4 C Whole wheat flour
    1 C Unprocessed Bran
    2 t Baking powder
    1 t Baking soda
    1/4 C Margarine
    1 1/2 C Overripe bananas mashed
    1/4 C Molasses
    1 egg beaten
    1/4 C Raisins
    1/4 C Nuts

Directions

Preheat over to 400 F
Great 18 medium sized muffin tins
In large bowl combine flour, bran, baking powder and soda, mix well.
With pastry blender cut in margarine until coarse crumbs.
Beat egg, mix in mashed banana.
Combine with dry ingredients.
Mix in raisins and nut.
Spoon into muffin tins.
Bake 20 to 25 min.
Remove from oven and cool.
