Ingredients

    2 Medium squash thin and long instead of short and fat
    1 jumbo egg
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    Salt and peper to taste

Directions

Thinly cut the squash to about 1/4 inch slices dip the squash into egg then into the cheese and fry in a skillet of med hot oil until golden brown, and enjoy.
