Ingredients

    tuna, eggnoodles, whole milk, onion, Mrs Dash original, flour, butter or magarine

Directions

Melt butter/magarine in large pot. Add onions, milk and Mrs.
Dash and bring to a slow boil while stirring. Add flour and simmer to thicken.
Prepare egg noodles according to directions on bag, drain and empty into oven safe bowl or pan.
Mix tuna with noodles and then pour thickened liquid over noodles and stir. Put in oven at 400 for about 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, let cool a bit and serve.
Serving size 1 cup.
Can substitute low fat milk. or no yolk noodles.
