    Pasta, Ronzoni Smart Taste, Penne Rigate, 14.5 oz - 1 box
    Turkey Sausage 93% lean (from lean ground turkey), links - 1 lb
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 clove. diced
    Tomato Paste, 1Tbsp
    Petite Diced Tomatoes, undrained - 2 cans
    Basil-Fresh, 1/4 cup
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, Fresh Grated, 1 cup
    Salt - 1/4 tsp
    Pepper - 1/4 tsp
    Cooking Spray


Cook pasta according to package directions, drain & set aside.
Remove casings from sausage. Cook sausage, onion & garlic in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat until sausage is browned, stirring to crumble. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper & diced tomatoes to pan; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat & simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Combine with pasta.
Pour of mixture into 4 qt cooking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover with mozzarella and parmesan. Repeat layers.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
