    * 2 cup yogurt, low-fat strained (Greek-style)
    * 2 clove garlic (small, minced)
    * 2 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
    * 1 teaspoon lemon peel (finely grated)
    * 2 teaspoon lemon juice
    * 1 teaspoon salt
    * 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix yogurt with garlic, fresh dill, lemon peel, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Makes about two cups of dipping sauce. Great for dipping veggies!
