Ingredients

    2 Tbs Olive oil
    1 Medium yellow onion
    1/2 Cup diced peppers
    1 Tbs chopped garlic
    1.3 Lbs Ground turkey
    14.5 Oz. Fire roasted diced tomatoes *No Salt Added*
    14.5 Oz. Petite cut diced tomatoes *No Salt Added*
    1 Tbs Chili powder
    1 Tbs Ground cumin
    1 Tbs Baking Cocoa powder
    1/2 Tbs Red pepper sauce
    9 Oz. Frozen corn
    2 Cups black beans
    2 Cups pinto beans
    8 Oz. Can tomato sauce *No Salt Added*
    1 Tsp Dried oregano

Directions

1.) In a large pot combine onions, peppers, garlic, and ground turkey. Brown until turkey is done.
2.) Stir in remaining ingredients except beans. Heat to boiling, cover and reduce to simmer for 1 hour stirring occasionally.
3.) Stir in beans. Heat to boiling, cover and reduce to simmer and cook uncovered for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until desired thickness.
