Ingredients

6 cups Kashi puffed cereal(3 oz)
3tbsp flax oil, plus extra to coat pan
1 tsbp honey--use flavored for more flavor
4 cups mini marshmallows(7 oz)
3/4 cup toasted silvered almonds(3 oz)
1/3 cup each dried cranberries, dried cherries & dried blueberries--coarsely chopped(1.5oz, 1.5oz & 1oz)
dried fruit is optional
Directions
Lightly coat the inside of a 13" x 9" by 2" metal pan w/flax oil and set aside. Preheat over to 425 degrees F.
Spread the puffed cereal evenly on a sheet pan. Toast in the oven for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. While the cereal is toasting, prepare the marshmallow mixture.
Please the oil, honey & marshmallows in a large mixing bowl set over a pot of gently simmering water. Stir until the marshmallows are melted, approx. 4-5 minutes. Once marshmallows are melted, quickly add the toasted cereal, almonds, & fruit & stir to combine. Coat your hands or a spatula w/oil and spread the mixture evenly into the pan. Once the mixture has cooled completely, cut into 2" squares and store in an airtight container for 1-2 days.
