Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removed
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Baby Carrots, raw, 6 large , sliced
    Parsley, 5 sprigs
    Rosemary, 1 tbsp
    Dill weed, fresh, 2 sprigs
    Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices
    *Bouillon - Chicken - Maggi - 30cal/1 cube, 2 serving
    4 cups water (Or enough to cover)

Directions

Throw everything but the mushrooms into the pot and simmer for 30 minutes. Five minutes before serving add the mushrooms. Enjoy!
