Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Cups Bear Creek Potato Soup Mix, Dry
    8 Cups Water
    2 Cans Crab Meat, drained
    1 Can Corn, Kernels, drained

Directions

Bring water to a boil
Whisk in soup mix
Stir in corn and crab
Simmer for 12 to 15 minutes or until thickened and hot.

**I like to serve this over white rice, but it's VERY hearty on it's own**
