Ingredients

    2 ripe avocados, peeled, seeded and mashed partially with a fork
    1/2 of a small can of green chili peppers (about 2.25 oz.)
    1/3 cup raw onion, chopped
    2 plum tomato, seeded & chopped
    1 tsp. squeezed fresh lime juice
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or you could use 1 clove of fresh, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tblsp. chili powder
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

Cut avocado in half lengthwise and remove seed. Peel off skin and mash up with a fork in a medium sized bowl. Add lime juice and the all of the remaining ingredients in any order. One serving is 1/3 cup.
