Ingredients

    2 cups chopped napa cabbage
    1 cup each sliced carrots, mushrooms and zucchini .
    1 cup broccoli florets
    1 cup fresh green beans cut into 1/2 pieces
    1/4 cups sliced celery
    1/2 cup sliced onions
    3 cloves garlic sliced
    12 oz boneless skinless chicken
    breast cut in half then thinly sliced
    1 cup bean sprouts
    4 Tblsp K. C. Masterpiece Honey Teryaki Marinade
    1 Tblsp oil
    1 1/2 Cups cooked Whole Wheat Spaghetti


Directions

In large deep skillet or wok, heat 1 tsp oil, add all chicken and 1 clove sliced garlic, cook quickly stirring often, when almost all chicken is cooked add 1 Tbsp marinade, cook for 1 minute more or until all chicken cooked. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add another tsp of oil to skillet add onion, carrots, celery, green beas and broccoli stirring until carrots are crisp tender. Add garlic and 1 tsp oil, then cook for 2 minutes. Add cabbage, mushrooms, bean sprouts and cooked chicken. Stirring and tossing. Cook until cabbage begins to wilt. Add remaining 3 Tbsp of marinade. Cook for about 2-3 minutes. Just before serving add cooked spaghetti.
Divide into 3 serving, these will be large if too much then divide into 4 (248 cal; 5 total fat; 435 sodium; 37 carbs; 16.8 protein)
