Ingredients

    1/3 cup fage or other non fat greek yogurt
    1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese
    1/3 cup reduced fat sour cream
    1 clove gralic
    2 green onions, green part only
    fresh dill to taste, about 3 sprigs for me.
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1 tsp tobasco or franks red hot sauce
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

put garlic, green onion and dill in food processor, and pulse, til well chopped. then add rest of ingredients and process until well mixed. DELISH!
