Ingredients

    2 bags great value whole wheat noodles
    32 oz fresh asparagus cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces
    27 oz chicken breast cut in bite size pieces
    24oz baby portabello mushrooms quartered
    2 cups chicken broth
    1 cup chardonnay wine
    4 oz feta cheese
    2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
    pinch of red pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tbs corn starch

Directions

cook noodles as directed
spray large pan with pam
brown chicken breast
add broth, wine, mushrooms, asparagus and seasoning
cook until veges are crisp tender.
mix corn starch in 1/4 cup cold water add to pan
cook until sauce thickens.
add feta and tomatoes and pasta

makes 20- 1 cup servings
