Ingredients

    1 cup Leftover veggies: I used carrots, onion, squash, broccoli
    1.5 cup Leftover chopped beef: I used top round sirloin
    Seasoning: I used soy sauce because the rice I used was leftover rice from a chicken fried rice recipe.
    1.5 cup Leftover rice
    4 cup Beef Broth
    1 Beef Bouillon cube
    4 cups water

Directions

Take all your leftover veggies and beef, cut everything into small slices and throw into some broth. Cook for a 1/2 hour to make sure it's tender.
