Introduction

this is a creamy low fat dish good by itself or ontop of noodles. this is a creamy low fat dish good by itself or ontop of noodles.

Ingredients

    1 bag frozen corn
    2 cups of skim milk
    chopped oniions
    1 package of crab meat
    1 pat of butter
    2 tbsp flour
    cream cheese

Directions

in a 3qt pot add onions milk and corn simmer for 10 minutes. Add crab meat and 2 tbsp of floor if it needs to thicken.( If to think add little more milk and a pat of butter for creaminess) After 5 more minutes with the crab meat simmering add the creamcheese and stir until desolved. Sever.

    O.K.
    I used mexicorn to add a little more flavor and this just didnt' have much flavor at all. Probably won't make again but you don't know if you don't try. :) - 8/29/11
