Ingredients

    2 t olive oil
    1 cup onions
    4 cloves garlic
    1 medium tomato chopped
    12 cups chicken broth
    2 cups water
    1/2 black pepper
    1/4 cup chopped chipotle peppers or 1 large tabsp.
    2.5 cups garbanzo beans
    1/2 cup cilantro
    2 cups cooked brown rice.

Directions

Saute onions, garlic and tomato in olive oil and cook for 5 minutes then add all the remaining ingredients and cook for 1 hour.
