Ingredients

    1 Whole grain English muffin
    1 egg
    .5 oz shredded cheddar cheese
    2 slices ham

Directions

Makes 1 breakfast sandwich.

1. Break egg yolk and cook on medium-low to the size of the English muffin.
2. While egg is cooking, toast English muffin to your preference.
3. When both are done, place shredded cheese on bottom half of the muffin, and top it with the cooked egg.
4. Keeping the ham slices together, cook both sides in frying pan on medium-high. This will help the ham from drying out while cooking.
5. When ham is thoroughly heated, place on egg, top with muffin, and enjoy.
