    1 (28 oz) can Aylmer's Diced Tomatoes with Italian Seasoning
    1 (540 ml) can Compliments Dark Red Kidney Beans
    1 (540 ml) can Compliments Chick Peas
    ! Package French's Chile-O Seasoning Mix
    1 cup Red Pepper, chopped
    1 cup Onion, chopped
    1 teaspoon Chile Powder
    1 teaspoon Cumin
    1/4 teaspoon Cayenne
    1 teaspoon Blue Agave Syrup
    3 oz Chicken Tenders, cooked and chopped
    1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 Cloves Garlic, minced


1. Heat large frying pan and add olive oil.
2. Saute onions and red peppers - about 5 minutes.
3. Add diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, cayenne, and French's seasoning. Stir.
4. Add chicken, agave syrup, kidney beans, and chick peas.
5. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Can be simmered longer with a bay leaf (remove before serving).
Top with sour cream and shredded mexican cheese if desired.
Serves 6 (1 cup Servings)
