Ingredients

    3 cups tortilla flour mix
    1/2 cup cocoa powder

    3/4 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup mashed banana
    1 cup sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 1/2 cup buttermilk

    1/2 cup peanuts plus some for sprinkling if desired (about 1 cup total)
    1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Blend dry ingredients, then blend wet separately. Stir together JUST until mixed, then add peanuts. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

If you omit the chocolate chips, you save 26 calories per muffin--so why bother?
