Ingredients

5 cups gluten-free rolled oats
1 cup raw, dried coconut
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup almonds, chopped
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, chopped
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup coconut oil
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in a very large mixing bowl. Mix together oil, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla and pour over dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Spread onto parchment paper lined dehydrator trays and dehydrate for 24 hours at 105 degrees or bake on sheet pans in a 250 degree oven until dry, approximately 1 hour.

We've recently shifted to fully raw and were looking for a good granola recipe and this one hit the mark. I kind of eyeballed the vanilla & cinnamon & substituted hemp seeds for sesame. But, great flavor & texture. The house smells AWESOME with this in the dehydrator!
BTW, what is the serving SIZE - 3/16/20
