Ingredients

1 cup Chicken Breast, cooked, cubed
2 TBS Pace Picante Sauce, Hot
1 to 2 Jalapeno peppers, seeded
1 clove Garlic, minced
2 TBS chopped onion
1 16-oz can refried beans
1/2 tsp cumin, ground
1 TBS Cilantro, fresh, chopped
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
10 flour Tumaro's 96% fat free Salsa Low Carb Tortillas
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
1) Cook 1 cup of chicken breast and cut into cubes.
2) Place all ingredients except the last 4 ounces of Cheddar cheese into a food processor and process until smooth.
3) Spoon mixture onto 10 flour tortillas and spread evenly.
4) Roll up tortillas and place seam side down on a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
5) Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining half cup of cheddar cheese and let stand until cheese is melted.
6) Serve with Pace Picante or salsa and sour cream, if desired (not counted in nutrition).
