    whole oats 92 cups)
    almonds (ground) 1 cup
    Dates (chopped) (1 cup)
    Raisins 1 cup
    Honey 1 cup
    Molassas 1 tblspoon
    flax seed 1 cup ground
    whey powder 1 cup
    3 egg whites


Mix all ingredients: spread out in 9x9 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes; cool on baking rack; cut into 24 small squares. 1=1 snack
