Ingredients

1 bag of precut cabbage (slaw cut)
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pecan halves
8 ounces baby shrimp
1 cup green peas
2 bunches fresh green onion chopped
1 package of ramen noodles (crushed) toss away the seasoning packet.
dressing: 1/4 cup rapberry blush vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
Directions
Makes 3/4 cup servings
I use frozen baby shrimp and frozen peas and allow to defrost. I mix the ingredients together. Then I mix the dressing - shaking/stirring the vinegar and sugar together until the sugar is dissolved. Then sprinkle over salad and toss.
Very fresh and light tasting. Excellent salad for when you want to taste something that reminds you of spring.
