Introduction

I was looking for a granola bar recipe in order to have something to eat for lunch while in lecture today. Ingredients

    1 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 egg
    3-4 tbsp ground flaxseed
    4 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp coconut oil
    4 cups old fashioned oats
    2 cup flour
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 cup coconut

Directions

In a large bowl put: 1 cup unsweetened applesauce, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 3 tbsp ground flaxseed and 4 tbsp honey and coconut oil. Mix well.
In another bowl combine oats, flour, cinnamon and baking soda
Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well, fold in coconut.
