Ingredients

    12 oz tuna
    1/2 cup low fat mayo
    1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    1 cup diced celery
    1/2 cup onion
    spices as desired (I used garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper)

Directions

Mix ingredients. Spoon onto sandwich thin whole wheat bread. Top with low fat cheese. Put in a 400 deg oven for 10-15 minutes until warm & bubbly.
