Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix, (3 tablespoons or 1 1-oz packet
Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 2 tbs
Directions
1. Cut potatoes into small pieces. Place is ziploc gallon bag.
2. Add oil. Zip bag with air. Mix well.
3. Add mix. Zip bag. Shake well.
4. Place on a no-stick foil in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
5. Turn, cook another 10-20 minutes Serve.
