Ingredients

    1 Tilapia fish fillet
    1 tsp butter or margarine
    1/8 cup lemon juice
    1/4 tsp dillweed
    1/2 cup frsh cilantro
    1/2 cup white mushrooms
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Rinse and pat dry fish fillet. Set in center of tin foil and fold corners over to make a "boat". Pour lemon juice over fish and place butter in center, sprinkle wirh dill weed, salt and pepper. Cover with cilantro and mushrooms. Fold edges of foil over and secure. Bake for 30 minutes at mediun heat (170 degrees celsius) or until fish flakes.

Serve over steamed rice. Red potatoes and zuchini squash .
