Ingredients

    1 lb. Ground Beef, extra lean or Turkey Burger or chicken Breast (Calculation is with Ground Beef)
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can rotel
    1 can green beans
    1 can corn
    1 can black beans
    1 can pinto beans
    1 packet of Taco Seasoning, low sodium is better
    1 packet of Ranch Seasoning
    Water enough to make soup consistency

Directions

Brown meat of your choosing and empty all cans and heat
