Introduction

Super easy and delicious veggie burgers. If you don't like black beans substitute for kidney, garbanzo, or pinto beans. Super easy and delicious veggie burgers. If you don't like black beans substitute for kidney, garbanzo, or pinto beans.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 Cups of Black Beans
    1 Large Egg
    1 Medium Onion, quartered
    1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
    1 Tsp Chili Powder

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender/food processor and mix until consistent texture

Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes

With wet hands form patties and refrigerate for another 10 minutes - if you have time

Cook over medium heat in skillet - either coat with a little olive oil or non stick spray

Lett cook on each side for two to 6 minutes, then turn - if you turn too much they tend to fall apart.

Top with usual burger toppings and enjoy!!
