Introduction

Ingredients

    64 oz. chicken broth
    3 cloves garlic
    1 large onion
    1 celery heart with all the leaves in the center
    5-6 carrots peeled and sliced into coins
    1 large Turnip
    1 large Parsnip
    1/4 head of cabbage sliced thin and cut to bite sized strips
    6 medium white potatos
    water to thin for cooking
    2+ cups milk, I used 1%
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    Mrs. Dash or All Purpose Chef's Shake to taste

Directions

heat broth add garlic and onion diced then add all vegetables diced in equal size. Simmer till tender. Add water as needed to keep it from getting too thick. Add milk at the end and heat through.
