    6 oz Container Non-fat Vanilla Yogurt
    3/4 Cup Canned Pumpkin, Chilled
    1/3 Cup Orange Juice
    1 Tbls Brown Sugar
    1/2 teas Cinnamon
    1/2 teas nutmeg
    Dash of Ground Cloves
    1 Banana, Frozen


Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.

    Tastey, but didn't need the sugar at all in my opinion. I would go with a little less banana too, but thats a personal preference.
    Also it was too thick for my blender. I added a little fat free milk to thin it out.

    I made a few changes. I used vanilla protein powder, non fat plain yogurt, 2 TBS sugar free maple syrup and skim milk as I did not have OJ. - 10/24/07
