Ingredients
-
-5 large lettuce leaves (I used Romaine)
- Pam original cooking spray
- Salt/pepper to taste or any seasonings you like
- Baking sheet or pan
Directions
-preheat oven to 400 degrees F
-Spray sheet lightly with PAM
-Tear or cut Lettuce leaves into Chip size pieces (You can use as much lettuce as you want as Lettuce is Low cal and Guilt free!)
- Place leaves evenly on baking sheet
- Lightly Spray the tops of Lettuce Leaves
- Add salt/pepper/seasonings you like
- Bake for 4-6 minutes depending on Oven
**TIp: Try to avoid using the part of the leaf where the thick vein is. It works best with the very thin part of the leaf, so it can get crispry/wafer like
Makes 1 serving, or you can divide it how you like. Like i mentioned earlier, very low cal so you can double, triple, or quadruple it!
