A delicious breakfast that my sister makes! A delicious breakfast that my sister makes!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 avacado
    1 poached egg (or egg cooked the way you like)
    1 tomato
    fat free feta
    juice of lemon
    olive oil
    salt, pepper and I added a little oregano

Directions

cut up the 1/2 avacado and tomato
add fat free feta or any feta of your choice
poach an egg or cook the egg to your liking
add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
I also crumbled oregano on top
